Buford's Hosch headed to Georgia

Buford High senior quarterback Twoey Hosch has accepted a preferred walk-on spot to play football at the University of Georgia in the fall. Hosch picked Georgia over Jacksonville State. He finished his career with Buford with a 27-1 record as starting quarterback. In his career, Hosch completed 145 of 242 passes for 2,635 yards and led the Wolves to the Class AA state title in 2007.

Bailey signs with Western Kentucky

East Hall High graduate Korentheus Bailey signed a letter of intent on Tuesday to attend Western Kentucky University next year to play football. Bailey was a Times 2006 First Team All County selection as Hall County's leading tackler with 118 tackles and 22 tackles for a loss. Bailey originally committed to play at Mississippi State his senior season.
