East Hall lineman gets another offer

East Hall junior defensive end Sterling Bailey received an official offer from Georgia Tech earlier this week. Bailey already holds offers from Tennessee, Clemson and Western Kentucky. He'll be taking part in the Army All-American Combine Jan. 7-9 in San Antonio, Texas.

Gainesville High seniors Thomas Sprague and Daunte Carr have been selected to play in the GACA North-South All Star Game on Dec. 29 at Memorial Stadium in Columbus. Sprague, a linebacker, leads the area with 133 tackles this season.
