The Flowery Branch High softball team earned their first region win of the season, defeating Gilmer 4-3 on Thursday in Flowery Branch.
Prep cross country teams ready for season
Flowery Branch boys cross country coach Jimmy Sorrells doesn't want to let a high preseason ranking get in the way of his team's ambition.
