YOUNG HARRIS - A furious rally fell short on Thursday night as the Young Harris College men's basketball team nearly battled back from a 17-point deficit as Brewton-Parker held on for a 70-68 victory at the YHC Basketball Arena.

Lady Saints' rally fall short

MILLEDGEVILLE - The North Georgia women's basketball team battled back from an early double-digit deficit to take a one-point lead, but Georgia College rallied in the second half and held off a late run by the Lady Saints to take a 63-55 victory in the Centennial Center in Peach Belt Conference action.
