Local golf: Luna's played at Chicopee Woods this week
The Luna's Tuesday golf group played at Chicopee Woods Golf Course last week. First place went to the team of Stan Davidson, Jr., Nelson Wright, Royce Deaton and Jim Cornett. Tom Sexton, Randy Gordy, Tommy Lowery and Ken Chahoy finished in second place.

The Chattahoochee Men's Golf Association played an individual flighted points game last Wednesday at the Chattahoochee Golf Course. In the white tee flight, Gene Weschler, Eddie Johnson and Ron Bachman tied for first place, and Rick Reed and Paul Payne tied for fourth. Johnson High grad Jared Cagle eagled the final hole of the day to defeat brother Grant Cagle by two shots Sunday and win his second title at the Royal Lakes Club Championship in Flowery Branch.
