Chattahoochee Golf Course to host NGA Tour tournament
The Chattahoochee Golf Course will host a National Golf Association Pro Golf Tour event for the fourth consecutive year.

Bill Sutton scored his first ever hole-in-one during the Chattahoochee Men's Golf Association's two-best-ball, aggregated net points game on Wednesday at the Chattahoochee Golf Course. Sutton aced the par-3 third hole from 115 yards out with a 9-iron club. Event partners Denny Momper, Don Wells and Bob Layne witnessed the feat.
Ralston wins Rudolph Junior Classic
Spencer Ralston won the boys 14-15 division and the overall championship at the Rudolph Junior Classic golf tournament Sunday at Chattahoochee Golf Course in Gainesville.

Two local golfers make hole-in-one at Chicopee Woods
Two local golfers each shot a hole-in-one on Sunday at Chicopee Woods Golf Course. Steve Hooper made his ace on the No. 4 Village hole using a Titleist Pro V ball and a gap wedge. Witnesses were Simmie Miller and Tommy Evans. Pete Barnett shot a hole-in-one on the No. 4 School hole using a Nike 1 ball and an 8-iron club. Witnesses to the feat were John Pinner and Ron and Chris LaFerver.
