Raw chicken in five-gallon bucket on top of ice container temped at 73. Meatloaf, shredded meat casserole, and ribs prepped and cooked over several days without seven-day discard date. Flour, cornstarch, sugar and chicken bouillon powder without identifiable label. Bucket of bell peppers and onion stored on floor and under hand sink. Ready-to-eat items such as strawberries prepped on dishwashing storage table. Wiping cloths are dirty and lying around on tables. Single-use gloves must be used only one task at a time and changed if switching tasks and/or stations. Dirty buildup around corners of the floor, under shelves and tables.
