Mealor/Jones

Angelica Renee Mealor and Griffin Edward Jones were united in marriage at 5 p.m. Oct. 12, 2013, at Warbington Strawberry Farms in Cumming. The bride is the daughter of Joey Mealor of Flowery Branch and Jill Schenden of Murrayville. The groom is the son of Ed and Joyce Jones of Gainesville.

Ministers Joey Mealor and Annette Black performed the ceremony.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father. The bride’s friend Mallory Aycock of Atlanta was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride’s friends Ashley Kaufman of Johns Creek and Ivy Failyer of Buford, and the groom’s sister Whitley Jones of Gainesville.

The groom’s father was the best man. Groomsmen were the groom’s friends James Salisbury of Atlanta, Aaron Flahrety of Alpharetta, Nick Parke of Cumming, Matt Failyer of Buford, Devin Ebbs of Gainesville and Josh Ledford of Gainesville.

The bride carried her great-grandmother’s broach and a piece of her father’s blue dress shirt on her bouquet and wore her mother’s diamond ring.

The groom’s parents gave a rehearsal dinner at 2 Dog Cafe in Gainesville on the eve of the wedding.

The bride and groom gave a reception at Warbington Strawberry Farms in Cumming following the ceremony.

Following a honeymoon to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the couple reside in Atlanta.
