Small cooler holding cheese (queso) and salsa not keeping food at 41 degrees or less. Ice bath holding refried beans did not reach food in container. Beans temped at 54 degrees and should be 41 degrees or less. Permit not displayed. Inspection not posted. No handwashing poster at hand sinks. Food handler cutting up ready-to-eat celery (to be put on wing orders) without wearing gloves. Inside of ice machine chute with large buildup of mold. Dishwasher at bar, under counter chemical sanitizing machine, not dispensing sanitizer when machine kicks into rinse/sanitize cycle. Sanitizer is leaking from supply line. No hot water available at hand sink in kitchen; reportedly pilot light went out on water heater and service company on its way for service. Accumulation of grease around grease recycle container in dumpster area and on container itself.

Food handler at grill with gloves left kitchen to get supplies out of cooler in dining room and returned to cook with no glove change.
