Hall’s Simpson joins NBG’s board of directors

The National Bank of Georgia has added Frank N. Simpson of Hall County to the bank’s board of directors.

Simpson is founder and president of The Simpson Co., a commercial real estate firm operating in northeast Georgia and metro Atlanta. A native of Athens and a 28-year resident of Hall County, he is also a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee.

Simpson has also served as the 2011 national president of CCIM, a global commercial real estate network with more than 16,000 members across North America and more than 30 countries. He has served on the Economic Development Council of Greater Hall County and the Chamber of Commerce. He was the founding president of the Hall County YMCA, has served on the Brenau University advisory board and is a deacon at Lakewood Baptist Church.

He and his wife Wendi have two sons.

Baldwin appointed to Realtor group's board

Floyd H. Baldwin, President of Industrial Properties Group of Gainesville, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Georgia Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
