POSTED: September 11, 2013 11:20 p.m.

Keaton Ryan Harrison, 29, of Gainesville, was arrested Tuesday on charges of possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor obstruction and probation warrant, according to a news release from the Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad.

Hall County deputies went to a North Drive residence on Tuesday to serve Harrison’s outstanding probation warrant.
Harrison resisted arrest, and deputies located a quantity of crack cocaine in the apartment, according to the release.
MANS agents responded to the scene, and following a further search, seized and recovered marijuana, crack cocaine, and digital scales, according to the release.

The street value of the cocaine was in excess of $3,000, MANS Lt. Scott Ware said.

Ware said Harrison was on probation for cocaine-related charges.

He was booked in at the Hall County Jail and had first appearance in Hall Magistrate Court on Wednesday.
Harrison cannot receive bond unless set by a Superior Court judge.
