Drink nozzles and ice maker baffle have mold/mildew; slicer stored with food debris. Milk dated July 25 in walk-in cooler. Employee handling food without hair restraint. Gaskets on make line cooler are damaged and have food debris. FRP in the mopsink no longer attached; tiles broken and grout missing from mop sink.

Tongs kept in handsink. Handsink used to dump wash water at breading station. Most current inspection not posted. Scoops for ice machine sitting on top of cardboard box between uses instead of kept in designated bucket. No test strips available for quat ammonia sanitizer. Lid to bulk sugar and lid to spicy mix have grime and food debris. No toilet paper in employee bathroom, none found in the building. Some ceiling tiles not approved for food prep areas. Some tiles have water damage from leaks.

Bread, cheese, waffles, etc., being handled with bare hands. Dishmachine with final rinse temperature of 142; waffle maker on back shelf with food residue. Personal items on shelves with other items used for customer. Floors underneath dish machine with heavy food/debris accumulation; ceiling tiles over cook area with buildup of dust.

Chicken salad and pasta salad with date of preparation over seven days from day of inspection. Shelving covered with foil does not allow for shelving to be properly cleaned. Floor/wall juncture needs a good cleaning throughout kitchen. Inside hood and hood vents need better cleaning.
