Sheriff's office seeking missing South Hall teen

POSTED: March 26, 2013 12:54 a.m.

The Hall County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Jessica Lisseth Martinez, who has been missing from the Oakwood/South Hall area since Thursday.

“She’s ... a runaway. She’s not at risk,” said Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks, sheriff’s office spokesman.

Martinez, 16, is described as 5-foot-2, 115 pounds. She was wearing a black and white jacket, blue jeans and black and white shoes when last seen. She is a student at Johnson High School.

There is no evidence of foul play, force or coercion, Wilbanks said.

She was reported missing by her parents, he said.

If you see Martinez, or know of her whereabouts, notify the sheriff’s office tip line at 770-503-3232. Callers can remain anonymous.
