Animal abuse can go two ways: The people who cause it and the people who look away.
My husband found a dog at Bolding Mill Park. He could barely walk and he was covered in mange. One eye was swollen shut. He laid there and whimpered as people walked by.
My husband counted over 10 people that ignored this dog.He stayed with him until he got animal control to come out.No one offered to help him. It’s hard to believe people can watch an animal suffer and do nothing. I am sure there are more people that care than the type that walked on by.
Please call Hall County Animal Control. Maybe with enough calls they will give this dog time to heal so he can be adopted.
