Jack Costello, Carlyle Cox, Denny Momper and Gary Palmer teamed up to win the Chattahoochee Men’s Golf Association’s two-best-ball, aggregated-net-points game on Wednesday at the Chattahoochee Golf Course.

Gene Weschler, Clay Bartlett, Don Sorrell and Joe Cronmiller came in second, while Bill Sutton, Jere Cochran, Roy Lyle and Jim Van Dyke were third.

Closest to the pin winners were Bartlett (No. 3), Herb Sckerl (No. 5), Bob Henderson (No. 12) and Sutton (No. 17).

DOGFIGHT: In last week’s Wednesday dogfight at Chicopee Woods Golf Course, Tommy Calhoun, Dan Arthurs and Terry McFarland finished in first place.

Mark Thornton, Bob Arendt and Vince Jonte came in second.

Individually, Arthurs finished first overall, McFarland came in second, and Yoshi was third.
