Dawson County sweeps East Hall

Dawson County swept East Hall this season for the first time in school history with a 60-49 win on Monday in Dawsonville.

The Tigers (19-2, 8-2 Region 7-AAA) led 32-8 at halftime and continued the onslaught of points to secure the victory.

Tyler Dominy led the team with 18 points. Gunnar Armstrong added 11 points and Will Anglin scored 10.

Dawson County travels to Banks County at 7:30 tonight in Homer, while East Hall goes to West Hall at 7:30 tonight in Oakwood.

DAWSON COUNTY GIRLS 64, EAST HALL 50: Sheyenne Seabolt recorded a double-double for the Lady Tigers (19-2, 8-2 Region 7-AAA), scoring 17 points and pulling down 16 rebounds on Monday in Dawsonville.

Carly Gilreath added 14 points for Dawson County, and Ashley Parker scored 12 points and grabbed eight rebounds.

The Lady Tigers travel to Banks County at 6 tonight in Homer. East Hall travels to West Hall at 6 tonight in Oakwood.
