The Georgia Tech baseball team is ranked 21st in the USA Today preseason Top 25 baseball coaches’ poll released this week.
The reigning ACC Champion Yellow Jackets have also been ranked No. 12 (Perfect Game), No. 16 (Baseball America) and No. 17 (Collegiate Baseball) – all preseason polls.
Georgia Tech returns 23 letterwinners from last year’s 38-26 team that reached the NCAA Regional for the 26th time in the last 28 years.
Georgia, 31-26 last season, was not ranked but received five points in the voting.
