Jefferson quarterback Bryant Shirreffs was named a MaxPreps.com Second Team Small School All-American, announced earlier this month.

Shirreffs is the all-purpose player on the second team offense.

This season, he led Jefferson to a state championship while passing for 2,369 yards and rushing for 1,372 yards. He threw 18 touchdown passes and rushed for 20.

He was also named the Georgia Class AA Player of the Year.
