One suspect arrested Wednesday at a Gainesville apartment during an investigation by Hall County drug enforcement officers was denied bond at a hearing Monday morning.

Myron Joshua Dooley Jr., 55, of Gainesville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, possession of hydrocodone, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Lt. Scott Ware of the Gainesville-Hall County Multi Agency Narcotics Squad said agents with the MANS unit and Gainesville Police Department Uniformed Patrol Division located and confiscated quantities of cocaine, heroin, hydrocodone, methamphetamine and marijuana at the apartment at 1627 Lenox Park Place in Gainesville.

Ware said agents also seized packaging materials, digital scales, more than $7,000 and five loaded firearms.

Dooley has not yet been assigned an attorney.

Dooley and two other suspects charged in the incident, Harold Gilbert, 36, of Gainesville, and Nikki Lasher Roulhac, 30, of Gainesville, have a scheduled committal hearing at 9 a.m. Jan. 16.

Gilbert and Roulhac were released last week on $15,000 bond. They have argued against some of the charges but do not yet have attorneys.
