Several hand sinks reaching temps that range from 85-112 inconsistently meeting required hot water temperature of 100 degrees, or more when other fixtures are in use. Hand sink also needs mixing valve adjusted to prevent scalding of staff’s hands. Clean floors well beside all equipment (proofers, freezers). Food debris in corners and along equipment.
