I applied for food stamps more than a year ago with the local office. The request was for one person, myself. I revealed that I did have a roommate but that person did not share meals with me. My request for assistance for two people was denied. Duh! Nowhere did I ask for help for two.
This year, I applied for Medicaid assistance for hospital and doctor bills of more than $90,000 going back to September 2011. I was denied for assistance for the months of October, November and December 2012. Again, duh!
Those of you President Barack Obama haters can blame him, but somehow I don’t think he had any involvement with (those) hired locally.
