The Dawson County Lady Tigers defeated Fannin County 49–42 on Tuesday in Blue Ridge.

Carly Gilreath led the team with 16 points, and Sheyenne Seabolt tallied eight points and eight rebounds. Ashley Parker and Hannah Porter each contributed six points.

The Lady Tigers are not 3-0 and will play host to Banks County at 7 p.m. Friday in Dawsonville.

GAINESVILLE GIRLS 34, APALACHEE 33 (TUESDAY): Bree Randolph led the Lady Red Elephants with 11 points in a win against Apalachee on Tuesday in Gainesville.

The Lady Red Elephants (1-1) return to action against Winder-Barrow on Saturday in Gainesville.
