The Flowery Branch High School wrestling team placed fifth out of 21 teams at the Panther Invitational at Jackson County High on Saturday in Jefferson.

Brady Dyer finished third in the 152-pound division, Grant Simonds took third at 195 pounds, R.J. Deaton was fourth in the heavyweight division, and Ben Horton came in fourth in the 126-pound weight class.

Davante King was fifth in the 220-pound weight class, Ronnie Couch finished fifth in the 113-pound division, and Chase Lankford took sixth place at 120 pounds.
