A public hearing is set for 7 p.m. Dec. 3 at Buford City Hall to consider property annexation and rezoning of residential property adjacent to Interstate 985 with boundaries south of Wade Orr and north of Frazier roads.
The property is being considered for city annexation, and a zoning change from single-family residence to a light industry district.
The public hearing will be held at Buford City Hall, 2300 Buford Highway, in Buford. The next planning commission meeting is set for Dec. 11 at 7 p.m.
