White County falls at Blessed Trinity, 35-14

White County fell to Blessed Trinity 35-14 on Friday in Roswell in the opening round of the state playoffs.

The Warriors were able to close the gap to one score in the third quarter but could not make a comeback against the Titans.

Will Brock was 11-of-20 for 194 yards, two touchdowns and an interception, and had 11 carries for 19 yards on the ground. Maurice Sutton and Andrew Bergin caught Brock’s two touchdown passes, one for 13 yards and one for 15 yards.

Sutton led White County with four receptions for 67 yards and a score, and Bergin had 51 yards and a touchdown on three catches.

Coley Loudermilk recorded 68 yards on three catches and had 47 yards on five carries. Max Taylor had three carries for 23 yards.

White County’s season is now over. The Warriors finish the year 7-4. Blessed Trinity travels to Cartersville next Friday.
