A fire Wednesday at 2317 Juniper Court has been ruled suspicious by Gainesville Fire Marshal Chad Payne, and the department is seeking information on the incident.
Firefighters responded to the residence located off Skelton Road at about 4:45 p.m. and quickly extinguished the blaze. The occupants of the home had already evacuated.
Payne later determined the fire was possibly intentional, based on suspicious burn patterns.

The Arson Control Board will offer a reward up to $10,000 for any information leading to an arrest and conviction.
