Lee Hawkins, newly elected state representative to the 27th District seat, will visit with residents at a town hall forum at 7 tonight in Clermont.
The event is sponsored by the Clermont North Hall Lions Club and town of Clermont. It will be held at the Clermont North Hall Lions Club Building, 200 Spring St.
Hawkins will discuss residents’ thoughts and concerns for this upcoming legislative session in January. The Republican former state senator and Gainesville dentist was elected to the state House seat unopposed in this election.
