Wood, Roper receive All-State volleyball honorable mentions

Jefferson’s Sarah Wood and Buford’s Maggie Roper received All State honorable mention honors from the Georgia Volleyball Coaches Association following the 2012-2013 season.

Roper’s Lady Wolves finished the season 21-16 and lost to Oconee County in the first round of the championship tournament.

Wood led Jefferson to a 28-15 record this year. The Lady Dragons lost in the first round of the state tournament.
