Gainesville police investigators have obtained arrest warrants for two people in connection with a mid-August home invasion.

Police are searching for Jose Luis Osorio, 23, of Gainesville.

A 16-year-old suspect in the case already is in custody.

Osorio "should be considered possibly armed and dangerous if encountered," according to a press release from police spokesman Cpl. Kevin Holbrook.

Police said they believe the two suspects forced their way into an apartment at Paces Court, tied up a victim and stole a number of items, including the victim's vehicle.

"The individuals have also been charged with a number of burglaries and thefts from the surrounding area," Holbrook said.
