Margaret Wolf seems to have put a lot of thinking into why she thinks women should not have abortions (Your Views, Oct. 18).
Did Ms. Wolf forget to mention how many hours she volunteers at an orphanage? Is she a foster parent? How many children has she adopted?
There is nothing more sad than unwanted children: Possible torture, sexual abuse, shut up in closets, starvation, neglect in many forms.
There are desperate women and I support their choice and wish The Times was more politically balanced. Wake up Ms. Wolf, Republicans and Mr. Clarke.
