POSTED: October 17, 2012 10:37 a.m.

A third arrest has been made in the death of a Flowery Branch man last month in Florida.

Armaquis Robinson, 20, of Lake Worth, Fla., was arrested about 7 p.m. Tuesday and charged with first degree murder, armed robbery, grand theft and grand theft auto in connection with the Sept. 17 death of Jimmy Price, 41, of Flowery Branch, according to a news release from the Riviera Beach Police Department.

Price was shot to death in Riviera Beach, Fla., a few miles from where he was staying in West Palm Beach, and his rental car was stolen, according to police spokeswoman Rose Anne Brown. Brown said the incident involved a drug deal.

Police got an indication that shots had been fired in the 1600 block of West 28th Street a few minutes after 11 p.m., she said. Price was found dead at the scene with a single gunshot wound.

Earlier arrests in the case include Isaiah Brooks, 18, of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Lavonnte O. Jerry, 21, of Riviera Beach. Both face charges of first degree murder, armed robbery and grand theft.

Brooks was arrested Thursday after U.S. marshals found him at 5101 Maine St. in Lake Worth, Fla. Jerry was arrested Sept. 25.

All three are being held at the Palm Beach County Jail.

Price’s friends said he worked for Pinnacle Technology Resources in Suwanee and was in Florida on business, working on a remodeling project for a Toys R Us store.

The investigation is continuing as an open case, and anyone with information can contact Riviera Beach Police at 561- 845-4123 or CrimeStoppers at 1-800-458-TIPS.
