Three-compartment sink on warewasher needs to be scraped and resealed to prevent water running behind. Warewasher still has scale, lime accumulations. Some dispensers still need detailed cleaning; microwave interiors with food splatters. Cardboard Dumpster has no plug. Floors, especially under, behind equipment, need detailed cleaning; walls behind three-compartment sink, warewasher need much better cleaning; cove tile in some areas needs repair, replacing to provide a smooth floor/wall juncture.
