North Hall graduate and current University of Georgia senior Morgan VanGorder won the women’s race at the Georgia Invitational at the UGA Equestrian Complex in Bishop last Saturday.

VanGorder finished the 5,000-meter distance in a time of 17 minutes, 2 seconds, just five seconds ahead of her teammate in second place.

The Bulldogs swept the top three places in both the men’s and women’s races at the invitational.
