LoganBerry Heritage Farm Garlic Vinaigrette

½ to ¾ cup organic olive oil
¼ cup organic apple cider vinegar or organic balsamic vinegar or juice from 1-2 lemons
2 cloves garlic, minced
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Add ons:
1 tablespoon minced shallot
½ teaspoon Dijon-type mustard
1 teaspoon fresh chopped herbs

Whisk all ingredients together in bowl or in mini food processor. Let sit out for a few minutes before using. Store in refrigerator. Use within seven days.
