I am puzzled that we, the taxpayers, are going to fork out $125,000 to complete a Gainesville and Hall County traffic study when one would think that the traffic studies completed prior the T-SPLOST referendum would be sufficient.

Were those earlier studies conducted on the back of an envelope or did someone’s dog eat the prior studies?
