The Triple-A Gwinnett Braves rallied with three runs in the fifth and went on to defeat the Durham Bulls 6-5 on Saturday at Coolray Field in Lawrenceville.
In the fifth, Jose Constanza doubled and drove in the first run on the inning. He scored with Tyler Pastornicky on a two-out double by Christian Marrero. Stefan Gartrell started the sixth inning with a lead-off double and scored the tieing run on a wild pitch to make it 4-4.
Gartrell finished the game 3 for 5, including a double in the second inning and an eighth-inning single. Gartrell also scored on a Jose Yepez homer in the eighth inning.
The series wraps up at 2 p.m. today at Coolray Field. The Triple-A All-Star Game is Wednesday in Buffalo, N.Y.
