I was born and raised in the country, have some wisdom, but I am far from the smartest person in the world.

Justice John Roberts, on the other hand, is probably considered brilliant, but how he could conceive a penalty to be a tax is beyond me. Especially with the framers of the bill even now vehemently saying it’s not a tax. Put your arms around that.
