Oakwood-based firm earns Business Chronicle honor

Oakwood-based Southern Property Management was recently named as one of the top 20 Community Association Management companies in the state of Georgia according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle Book of Lists.

“We could not be prouder that the Atlanta Business Chronicle has chosen to recognize Southern Property Management for a second consecutive year” said Lynn Collins, CEO and owner of SPM. “Our passion and dedication helped us earn this recognition; we are fortunate to have experienced extraordinary growth again this year despite the overall economic climate. We plan for continued growth by consistently delivering exceptional property management services to our existing clientele, while strategically earning new business as well.”
