Attorney Lisa Maniscalco announced Thursday that she is running for Hall County probate judge.
Maniscalco has practiced law for 15 years, working as administrator for the Hall County Probate Court for the past eight.
“I am the most qualified candidate because I have been working in the court and dealing with the same issues and types of cases I will be handling as judge,” Maniscalco said.
“... Cases must be handled with compassion, competence and understanding of the law. I am confident I can be a judge of which the people of Hall County can be proud.”
Probate court handles issues including guardianship, marriage and estates.
