Stainless container for the storage of in-use tongs in kitchen with new pair of tongs for start of day inside but container not cleaning and sanitized from use yesterday. Pre-cooked food items that are reheated throughout the week no properly date labeled. Two-compartment stainless sink needs good cleaning.

Outside of mixer, bulk containers, shelves, fans, paper towel holder and gaskets all with food residue. Back door propped open.

Floors throughout need detailed cleaning. Dead insects along walls throughout kitchen.

Stainless steel patches on wall still not sealed.

Chemical warewasher not reaching required temperature. All shelves throughout entire restaurant and inside bottoms of cooler and shelves in walk-in cooler with grease, food residue. Grease container turned over on grass outside. Walls with debris and floors. Baseboard loose or missing.

Shelving under all prep tables with accumulation of food debris, dust. No self-closer on restroom door. No cover on trash can in employee restroom.
