Exit door has gap in bottom.

Can opener blade dull and remnants of metal accumulated in interior. Replace blade to prevent metal to prevent metal fragments from possibly contaminating food. Floors need thorough cleaning behind equipment all the way to coving and on walls.

No chlorine test strips available to monitor the strength of sanitizer being dispensed in dish machine. Fluorescent lights not properly shielded in dish washing, prep area.
