Gainesville LB picks up new offer

Gainesville High junior linebacker A.J. Johnson, who has already verbally committed to the University of Tennessee, picked up an offer Monday from the University of Miami. Through the first eight games, Johnson was near the top in the area with 94 tackles.

He also scored a touchdown on a fumble recovery against Johnson last Friday.

Red Elephants' senior linebacker Alberto Sanabria picked up a new offer from Western Carolina last Friday.
