Score: 94, Grade: A

Broken thermometer in walk-in freezer. Gaskets on most makelines and coolers heavily damaged. Gaskets on cooler have accumulation of mold, mildew, food debris, water. Dumpster and grease container open. Hood system dripping grease.

Score: 88, Grade: B

Can-opener with dried food debris; soft drink nozzles with accumulation. AC vent leaking onto storage shelf on single-serve items, canned goods, storage containers and bags of salt, rice, beans. Plastic containers stacked wet-nested. Allow utensils to completely air dry before stacking and storing. Hand sinks and vegetable prep sink not sealed to wall. Cove molding missing at mop sink, soft drink area.

Both products in cooler overnight at 48 to 49 degrees. Walk-in cooler evaporator leaking from drip pan in meat storage portion of walk-in cooler into large Lexan container.

Score: 95, Grade: A

Foods not covered. Keep ginger root (since it is sliced per order), orange wedges in a container and not laying directly on shelf. Area of stainless steel wall at dish machine pulling away and several hand sinks, prep sinks, etc., need resealing back to walls.
