Employees cracking raw eggs with bare hands and cooking foods and changing food handling tasks. Employees leaving restroom and entering kitchen without washing hands. Many containers of food uncovered in prep cooler on bottom racks. Container of ribs thawing at room temperature out on counter top. Food stored on floor in walk-in freezer — handle end of utensils used to beat raw egg and dipped in hot water and utensils used to handle other foods. Move inspection so customers can read it from one foot away and posted 5 to 7 feet from the ground. Post hand washing sign in bathroom. Transfer foods from cans to food grade containers once opened. Remove cardboard taped to prep counter shelves. Condenser fan and walls, ceiling in walk-in cooler need to be cleaned — racks, shelves, gaskets, interior bottoms, walls and ceiling of RI and WI coolers have food debris and need to be cleaned — lids, handles and outsides of bulk food containers have accumulation of dried food residue and need cleaning. No hot water at any sinks in establishment. Floors, walls and ceiling of kitchen need cleaning. Water collecting at base of WI cooler door needs to be cleaned and repaired.
