ATLANTA — Chloma Nnamaka scored 20 points and Janie Mitchell added 19 to lead Georgia Tech to a 78-50 victory over Georgia Southern on Sunday.

Tech (7-1) remained unbeaten at home this season having dropped its only game so far at Georgia a week earlier. The Eagles fell to 3-6.

"I was really happy with how our girls came out and played today," head coach MaChelle Joseph said. "Our three seniors stepped up big."

Shawanda Atwood was the only Georgia Southern player to score in double figures with 10.

Tech’s Jill Ingram added 13 points and Brigitte Ardossi added 10. Ingram also had six assists and four rebounds coming off the bench.
