Repeat violation: foods on steam table not held at 135 degrees F or above. Grill top powder cleaner stored in container originally used to hold lemon pepper spices and label not changed. Prep cooler lid stored on floor. Lid touches cutting board when placed on prep cooler. Repeat violation: no sanitizer buckets set up. Previous inspection not posted in public view according to food regulations. Pineapple stored in original can and molding. Brushes and scrubbies have accumulation of grime in bristles. Fryer scoops unraveling and torn. Inside of microwave and coolers need better and more frequent cleaning.

Bread stored uncovered on rack stored right next to drainboard for dirty kitchenware at three-compartment sink. Bag of onions on floor in walk in cooler. Boxes of straws and box of drink lids stored on floor in cabinet under self-serve soda dispensing station. Spray bottles of chemicals not identified with chemical names. These same bottles stored on side of vegetable sink at start of inspection.

Drink dispenser nozzles have an accumulation of mold/mildew. Can opener stored with dried food debris. Repeat violation: freezer has a large accumulation of frozen condensation behind compressor, on ceiling, and on air curtain. Vent fan cover missing on one walk in cooler; vent fan cover has a buildup of dust on other walk in cooler. Gaskets on some coolers and heat cabinets are heavily damaged and can not be kept clean. Floors in dry storage need more thorough cleaning, especially under shelving and at the floor/wall juncture; ceiling vents and ceiling tiles need cleaning. Surfaces on vent hood systems have a buildup of grease, dust, etc.
