There was food found left without lids or proper coverings. Pieces of food was found on pans that had already been washed and were intended for use. Spray paint, an open caulking gun and liquid wrench were found stored under the preparation table next to the utensils.

Clothes used for cleaning were found left out on counters and in kitchen between use rather than being properly stored in a sanitizer solution. The floors had accumulated grease and food, which can attract pests.

Cheesecake was being served out of a domed cake plate for counter service, but cheesecake must be kept chilled at 40 degrees Fahrenheit for consumption. Cheese dip had been kept past the seven-day discard date.

Steak was found in the cooler that had been kept two days past its throw-away date. According to food safety guidelines, food can only be kept a maximum of seven days. Meatballs that were found in the cooler did not bear a discard date.

Utensils and pans that had been set out to dry after being washed still had food debris on them. Sheet pans and containers had been stacked while wet; all kitchenware and equipment must be allowed to air dry before stacking as to prevent bacterial and mold growth.

Nozzles on the soda machine had mold. Eggs, raw beef, crab meat and raw shrimp were all measured at temperatures higher than 41 degrees Fahrenheit while stored in the walk-in cooler; raw foods must be stored at a 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below in order to prevent bacterial growth. A pan of crab meat was found in the walk-in cooler with a preparation date of 10 days prior. Foods made in house should be kept only for a maximum of seven days before being discarded.

There was heavy mold buildup in the ice machine. The prep slicer was not cleaned between uses; all equipment must be cleaned between each use so as to avoid cross-contamination. Heavy build up of food residue found in the fry equipment.
